- OOOceanriver111Sep 25, 20261.0When you are working for a company aka the co op, I understand people can’t always put a smile on their face but it’s a different thing altogether to be IMPOLITE when talking to customers, I thought that would just be common sense, but it’s clearly not for staff that works at ackworth co op
- JWJane WilsonSep 25, 20262.0Not always well stocked and expensive in comparison to other supermarkets. Club member savings almost non existent again in comparison to other supermarkets
- JJjodieSep 24, 20261.0I bought a plant and upon checking out a girl told me I couldn't buy the plant as it was out of date , I mean I wasn't planning on eating it so I'm sure it would have been fine !!! Anyway as I'm walking out I asked the lady who was doing the markdowns if this was correct that a plant could not be purchased when out of date and she said yes that's right so I asked why it was out for sale then and the girl gave her answers which was not a problem but the absolute attitude of the lady I spoke to was beyond disgusting , I have no idea how this world will continue to function if this is the attitude of the new and upcoming generation if I could give a zero for customer service I would whatever happened to basic humanity and decency towards each other . Disgusting honestly !!!! What a disgrace .
- KRKerry RadcliffeSep 22, 20265.0I never normally write reviews but I have to after my experience today. I lost my car key in co op, I was flapping because I had my baby with me and was super worried how we was going to get home. The store manager and the staff were so calm , kind and helped me so much with the whole situation and my car key was found. Not only a supermarket which is great prices and quality food but the care they have for there customers is 10/10. Thank you so much - will never forget how much kindness I was treated with today.
