  £24.00 for a load of shit. They got our order completely wrong ,it was swimming in mayo when it was ordered without.the chips were cold, an absolute disgrace.And the staff couldn't give a monkeys. I would have been better off eating my shoes.

  I stopped going to Burger King a number of years ago because they'd gone downhill. Last week, however, I decided to give them another go. (Long journey, hungry...you get the picture). My bacon double cheeseburger was okay. Nothing special, but my chips were so coated in salt, they were inedible. My two companions are vegetarian so they ordered bean burgers which were listed in the vegetarian section of the menu. The bean burgers were burnt so we tried to get a refund. The manager told me we had to do it online. I duly went back to the car, found the Burger King website and clicked 'refund.' The website informed me this had to be done in store. I went back in store. The manager refused, point blank. No refund. That's how the bean burgers come. Nothing we can do about it. *Shrug* No, we can't give the burgers less time on the griddle, it's set at a certain time. *Shrug* No, I can't change the cooking time. No, I can't feed that back to HO and ask for the timing to be changed. *Shrug* Then the conversation took a truly bizarre turn. The manager stated that the bean burgers - the ones advertised in the vegetarian section - were cooked on the same griddle as the meat. She failed to understand - or refused to acknowledge - that this is false advertising, or that Burger King is feeding food cooked with meat to people who perhaps don't eat meat for religious reasons, or could have food allergies. Her lack of logic and lack of caring was truly breathtaking and I can only assume this is a symptom of the working culture created by BK. The level of customer service offered at this dingy little fast food outlet was reminiscent of the 70s when customer service wasn't a thing. If you visit this hole prepare to enter an alternative reality where nothing makes sense. Prepare for a raging thirst from the salted chips. Prepare for filthy toilets and prepare to indulge in bizarre, illogical, circular conversations that leave you as frazzled as the bean burgers that purport to be vegetarian but which have, in fact, been cooked with meat.

  Was served today by milly she was very welcoming and very polite her customer service is amazing i didn't have to wait long for my order thankyou!

  Wonderful to see the lady on the front counter interacting with customers and making them smile today. She helped an elderly man with a young lady who were struggling with drinks after getting their order. Credit where credit’s due!
