  previously i liked dominos pizza. but today 4 October 2026, after eating 2 slice of pizza , i was vomiting nd my chest paining. My husband also threw up nd having heart burn. very very bad quality of food it was which made us sick. i really should make people aware of this issue that Dominoz's employee are using bad quality or may be spoiled or rotten products. who knows.

  Disappointed with my order today it’s usually good here but pizza was flat cold and not cut up, was no one in when I entered yet was 4 employees working one of em said order for Jason yet I had a 10 minute wait when my app said it was ready for collection

  I regularly use Domino’s and normally order from my usual branch, but I decided to come to the Hemsworth branch for a change today. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn’t bothered. The customer service I received was extremely poor. I asked about the chicken wings and specifically asked whether they were spicy because I cannot eat spicy food. The member of staff replied, “Might be.” I explained that I needed to know whether they were spicy or not because I cannot eat spice. His response was again, “Don’t know, might be.” I then went on to order a pizza and asked for an extra garlic sauce. My request was completely ignored, and I had to question whether I had even been listened to. I understand that staff may not know every product off the top of their head, but saying “might be” and “don’t know” to a customer who is specifically asking because they cannot eat spicy food is not acceptable customer service. If they don’t know, they should be able to check rather than leaving the customer unsure about what they are ordering. I use Domino’s regularly and this experience was extremely disappointing. The attitude and lack of basic customer service at the Hemsworth branch really need to be addressed. I would appreciate this being passed on to the branch manager and would like to know what action will be taken regarding the experience I received.
