We had a great experience at Subway! The staff were so lovely and attentive, checking in with us to make sure we were happy with how our sandwiches were being made, which was a really nice touch. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the food was fresh and really tasty, and the new salted caramel brownie cookies were absolutely delicious.

Waited over 30 minutes ,ordered on the self order facility and everyone who walked in and ordered over the counter got served first. I had to go and ask where our food was twice . Food was dry and tasteless ,wont be visiting subway anytime soon.

Another Subway branch ruined by self-service tills. You have to queue whilst the person in front is trying to figure out how to order the sandwich they want. Once you’ve done ordering you then have to stand around waiting for your number to be called. Everyone preferred the process before where you got to witness your sandwich being created in front of you.

Staff really needs to understand the meaning of hospitality. Not a huge fan of sub any way, but the incidents of not treating customers could be avoided.
