  Terrible service shocking attitude, ordered a pizza thru uber eats and tried ti cancel as i had not changed my address and wasn't in the address given. So tried to cancel order the order but as I couldn't receive a refund requested it to go ahead however they presumed I did want the order and cancelled it without asking

  I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong address. The called me. They said its okay we will deliver to me seeing its only 5 minutes drive. 2 miles. Then they called me saying they have cancelled it.

  Went in to store cist 39.99 for 2 large pizza, 2 garlic bread and a dip. Had I ordered online and collected £37 or if u had it delivered we would of got dessert and a large drink on top for the same price. Made my feelings clear in centre while waiting thinking price match, food match etc same as i would do in store in my own place and was meet with nothing but indifference.

  Very weird experience. Cheese Burst: no we don’t do that here. Chicken Pizza: No pizzas with only chicken, you have to make custom, no drinks for kids reply: “we don’t do juices”. Glass for drinks, no we don’t do that. Olive toppings: no we don’t do olives. No wonder Dominos is so behind in the UK. I’ve had great Dominos pizzas in US, UAE, India and the experience has been amazing. UK franchise is far from even approachable.

  Absolutely shocking cold pizza, for the price you charge it would be nice for the food to be hot, this pizza place has definitely gone down hill. 🙈😡
