- AMAndrew MeadenMay 20, 20261.0Another Maccies another same old service at the drive thru. Long wait, staff who don't wanna be there, long wait for food, not as bad as chester services granted. Drive away, food cold, always lately at every drive thru, ypu think the wait is for fresh food but it's not, the wait is because they prioritise the uber, just eat, deliveroo guys above anyone else. 98% of the time you don't get a receipt and or napkins, surely this is standard for a drive thru but no, none given. You do the tell us about it and all they care about is.... nothing, you get a voucher and that's it, nothing ever changes as no one takes ownership of the problem.

I placed my order via the mobile application and utilized the designated parking area for curbside delivery. My order was placed at 7:21 PM and delivered at 7:46 PM. The service representative did offer an apology upon delivery. Typically, I select McDonald's for its expedited service when time is a critical factor and I require a meal on the go.
- BSbec SloaneApr 18, 20261.0Omg . I know its early. But its a 24 hour macdonalds. We were in the queue, he never answered the order point. After a while he took my order. Paid at next window. Waited 25 mins at second window to be given freezing cold drinks. Waited a further 15 mins for the food, she did apologise and give second drinks. But on driving away, the order was totally wrong. The guy in charge was walking around without a care in the world. Worst maccys ever.
