  We had the misfortune to visit in March. We were rushing and just wanted a quick bite. We didn’t notice any signs about parking and E who served us didn’t mention it. In April we got a parking fine for using the car park. I phoned the restaurant and asked why the staff don’t warn customers. N apologised and said she would email the parking firm. Then we got a bigger fine letter, obviously there is no regard for customer service and she lied. I’ve appealed the fine and had to pay a lesser charge just to be done with this. I would say do NOT use this place. If they lie to customers, who knows what they do to the food!

  Brought out split mayonnaise, when brought to attention told "it's because the cup maybe be wet due to rinse"!? Yet it tasted vinegary Burger asked with no salad brought out with all salad, when asked to be removed bun not changed. Staff constantly on phones 'looking busy' No date on bottles so ketchup could be day old or 6 months Don't go here!

  No atmosphere, sullen staff and uninspiring food. Long time since I visited a Beefeater and it will be a lot longer until I visit another.
