  This is the second time I have visited since the Re fit. The first time I was given the wrong order( Ordered Veggie Breakfast got Non Veggie good job I noticed)and today I could see orders piling up under the heat lamp but no one was delivering the food?? I waited ages and in the end gave up and collected my food in person. I understand why the cafe has gone automated but someone needs to deliver the goods! The lady doing the drinks was prompt and polite when giving me my Iced Latte was Excellent but food service was very disappointed.

  Apart from the service this was a very bad experience. From the extemely wobbly table, which apparently is unfixable because the floor isn't level, to the 2 hard yolk, cold fried eggs on toast, just not good. Trying to cut the toast caused the table to wobble so much I gave up.. The staff are pleasant though.

  Bacon was burnt eggs were seriously undercooked And I even forgot food to go on my husbands plate which they did eventually get sorted out really not impressed
