- EEErika1 day ago1.0Big clump of hair in the burgers today was disgusting and a strand of hair in the milkshake that looked like an eyelash or eyebrow hair but hair in the burger was a clump so only assuming the food fell on floor for this to happen or not wearing hair up
- KHKellie Haynes6 days ago1.0Absolutely awful staff. I know working in mc Donald's you don't need a degree but maybe basic customer service should be essential. I ordered on the app to collect via drive thru I was giving drinks 10 minutes before food so I went in and complained I mentioned I had a child in the car so i went back out still no food for a while so i went back in and there it was a bag on the counter waiting for me noone was bringing it out. Now when I went in there was no more than 5 customers 1 waiting for food. I went to the fast food place for breakfast because we was running late. Very unhelpful and unfriendly whatever staff and mainly manager that was working 8am on 21-05-2026
