  Absolutely atrocious. What should have taken 15 minutes took 1 hr 30 minutes to be delivered. The guy on the phone lied multiple times about the ETA. The app said everything was delivered even though it hadn’t been delivered and took 30 minutes plus on top. The food itself was disgusting - dry and poorly made. Nothing close to our local branch in London. This place should be shutdown and I recommend to avoid at all costs.

  We made an order that was then delivered to the wrong address, we had someone else's meal. They arranged for our order to come again and we were told they were remade. When they arrived they were cold and did not taste fresh I think the ones they took from us were warmer. A very poor offer of 2 free pizzas if you remind us next time was offered... but I think the damage may have already been done.
