  We have unfortunately had several unpleasant experiences with the staff at this store, particularly with a female member of staff who wears black Michael Kors glasses. I have been unable to get her name, but we usually visit the store in the evening and she is often working at that time. Her attitude towards customers has consistently come across as extremely rude and arrogant. When we ask for assistance, she does not appear welcoming or polite and rarely smiles or communicates in a friendly manner. Instead, her tone and behaviour make us feel as though we have done something wrong simply by asking for help. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but this has happened on multiple occasions, and I genuinely feel that her approach is not appropriate for a customer service role. We visited the store on 1st September at around 6:30 pm and unfortunately experienced the same behaviour again. We were unable to get her name, but I hope the management can identify the member of staff based on the date and time. I would really appreciate it if management could look into this matter and take appropriate action. Customers should feel welcomed, respected and comfortable when visiting your store.

  The worse Tesco in the whole country! Bakery is non existent, quality of fresh meats are awful! Maybe you learn something from other supermarkets!
