  This Tesco’s has a post office counter that frustratingly is literally closed 50% of the times I’ve tried to use it. They seem to have a policy of “any slight issue, just close the desk!” Unfortunately many people rely on this service, I know I do for my business. Never had this issue with the co-op just down the road or the petrol station around the corner that takes post as well. Unfortunately I won’t use the Tesco’s store for any of my other shopping because of this and I am sure many other customers are doing the same.

  Really I understand that head office dictates the goods sold. The company needs to make adjustments to the local market. I could make many examples but my first focus is a wide variety of stationery postal bags for products. The staff work very hard, but it the head office that makes the majority of the money making decisions and losses
