  Chris delivered my food, and he was genuinely one of the nicest delivery drivers I’ve ever met. He followed all the instructions I left on my order. So considerate, kind and funny. I hope his great customer service can be recognised!

  Went into store to collect a pizza I had ordered on the app. Wasn’t ready when I came in so I sat down for a bit to wait. As I waiting a women working was shouting at another co-worker. She continued to shout pretty much the entire time I was sat in there. Once my pizza was ready I walked up to the till to grab it and asked polity if I could have a few extra dips, which I do at every Dominose I visit, and they always offer me 2-3 extra small garlic dips. When I asked, she began going onto the till to get me to pay for the dips. I said “oh I didn’t realise I had to pay”, she then shouted “yes of course you have to pay”. I said “all other dominose gives them for free but that’s ok, dont worry about it”. She then scoffed and laughed at me. I then left the store with my pizza. The pizza was unfortunately a bit undercooked, very doughy and had very very little cheese on it. It was 90% tomato which isn’t very appetising. Usually if this was an issue I would go back into store and request a new pizza, as dominose is usually quite friends and willing to make things right, however I did feel quite put off of going back into store due to the women’s attitude and bad vibes.

  Why allow collections when the only road in is closed both ways. Bit of common sense.

  I don’t understand why there are bins by the entrance outside a huge rat ran over my leg what came out from under the bin it’s disgusting and it’s the 2nd time this year I’ve seen a rat by the door in Dominos needs sorting asap
