  Really sadly gone down hill since the last time I visited. They’ve changed the menu so there is less on offer and not as great a variety as before. They also changed how you pay to digital boards (like a fast food chain) which took to human aspect away. I was given the dirtiest glass that clearly wasn’t washed. I’m not sure how the water didn’t notice it. It was covered in brown residue! The breakfast was cold and the guy cooking it had a massive white beard that wasn’t covered up. Im sure there are certain legal standards around this? The egg on the breakfast was over done and snotty. The atmosphere felt more like a work canteen than a cafe vibe. No heart or soul left. Go to the Butchers Cafe in Gorse Hill. It’s literally 2 mins away from Tesco and you’ll get a way better experience.

  This is the second time I have visited since the Re fit. The first time I was given the wrong order( Ordered Veggie Breakfast got Non Veggie good job I noticed)and today I could see orders piling up under the heat lamp but no one was delivering the food?? I waited ages and in the end gave up and collected my food in person. I understand why the cafe has gone automated but someone needs to deliver the goods! The lady doing the drinks was prompt and polite when giving me my Iced Latte was Excellent but food service was very disappointed.

  Bacon was burnt eggs were seriously undercooked And I even forgot food to go on my husbands plate which they did eventually get sorted out really not impressed
