  Absolutely awful experience. Normally I’d order from Moredon road but had a night away in a hotel instead and thought we’d treat ourselves to a takeaway. Ordered at 4:30pm, said it would be delivered at 5pm. We waited until 5:45pm and I called them to ask where our order was as it was showing as “out for delivery” for over 50 minutes. The man on the phone said our order had been cancelled by the delivery driver at 5pm. No one told us. We had to ask if it was going to actually be delivered or refunded. Eventually he agreed to get them to remake it and get someone else to deliver it. We asked if we’d get some sort of compensation for being messed around. After a long silence he agreed to give us a bottle of 7UP, said it would be delivered in 20 minutes. Turned up over half an hour later (2 hours after ordering). Was delivered by a lovely man named Paul who was very helpful. He told us he had to get the 7UP out the fridge himself, which ended up to be the smallest bottle possible. Will definitely never be coming back to this Papa Johns

  Nice and friendly atmosphere. Truly as a tourist I didn't know their special pizza deals (beside that what was shown in menu), it's fair that I paid promo prices - always - even when I was prepared to pay standard price. Very fair. And tasty pizzas too.

  Found Hair in our pizza. So disgusting honestly. I love papa johns but this was the worst. Dinner time kids need to eat, it's putting off. We took it back demanded a refund and it will take 3 days. How disappointing.

  I ordered pizza online and was delivered wrong one ( which was okay as it was really late ) but I still called papa John's to tell them so in the future they don't make this mistake and after half an hour someone knocked on my door and really lovely delivery driver brought me my original order free off charge ..was really surprised .amazing service ❤️

  Went to pick up my collection... and it was sold to someone else... Told to wait while make another one.. I told them to not bother... Won't go back.. Complete waste of an hour of my own time. Will use local kebab shop (Wroughton Kebab Shop) pizza instead, they know my name and give me a free can of coke. Screw papa John's.
