My company spends upwards on 700k per annum with premier inn on our company account and to see this service left me speechless.

We was not greeted properly by the staff someone at at the bar shouted grab a table over there which I then had to clean my self and in the process speaking to a very unsatisfied lovely couple they showed me there unfinished plates of turkey roll. I got up and left immediately and walked past the carvery it's self and see for my own eyes turkey roll who serves that rubbish in a carvery restaurant disgraceful
