  Never answer the phone to help customers. Waste made to wait over ten minutes each time I called and had to call back three times still with no answer. And never got my order on two seperate occasions, very disappointed.

  I am absolutely disgusted. My boyfriend and I ordered from this Dominos and paid the total 22 pounds + delivery. We were waiting for our order for over an hour we ordered at 11pm. I then called to check that everything was ok, I was told by the staff member that the delivery driver was there and that the pizza would be delivered soon. By 2am no pizza had arrived; I got a message to say the food had been delivered which it had not, at that point dominos was closed so I had no way to contact them. If you’re ordering from this dominos be careful because clearly there is something sketchy going on behind the scenes; the man on the phone didn’t seem sincere and something was off about the whole thing. Luckily I was able to contact uber eats and they were then able to contact dominos and sort the matter for me, however this issue was on dominos end not uber eats. Think again before ordering from this particular Dominos

The staff member (Keyne the neck tattoo guy ) went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, and his customer service really stood out. Thank you for your kindness and great service.   Absolutely brilliant experience at Domino’s! The pizza was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly with loads of toppings. Easily one of the best Domino’s pizzas I’ve had. A huge shoutout to Bogdan, who served me. He was an absolute legend—friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. Thanks, Bogdan! I’ll definitely be coming back.
