I understand Sundays are busy, however after waiting half an hour for our drinks and seeing people who had come in after us get served, we, very nicely and non-aggressively, asked if our order had been lost. Only to be snapped at rudely by a server who said 'it's Sunday and I'm working and you're not' and basically telling us we'll be served when we're served. I could understand her snapping if we'd been rude, but having worked in retail ourselves, we made a conscious effort to be kind. We genuinely thought our order had been lost. When we eventually got our drinks, they were bitter and undrinkable.
