I always have a great experience when they are working. However the older man (possibly manager) has such an atrocious attitude and awful demeanour. Swanning around arrogantly, seemingly doing only busy-work and causing low morale to the other members of staff. He has a rude manner and vicious temperament. I have witnessed his saccharin tendencies where he behaves as if he’s genuinely friendly with certain customers, however it is a poor facade. Such a shame because the food is enjoyable but spoiled by his horrible ‘Jekyll and Hyde’ manner. I feel sorry for those that have to work alongside him.
