Extremely friendly and attentive service here was made to feel very welcome. Food was made very well and it’s a great location of the chain.

Went with my wife and our two-year-old for a Sunday meal. Unfortunately, our daughter wasn't keen on anything on the menu, so we stopped at a nearby takeaway to get her some chips.
When we arrived, the staff told us that, due to their food contamination policy, our child wasn't allowed to eat the chips in the restaurant. We completely understood the policy, so we asked if we could sit at one of the outside tables while she ate her chips. Despite this, we were still refused service.
It was a very disappointing experience. A little flexibility or understanding for a young child would have gone a long way. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere.

Oh my where do I begin, for two nights in a row I surrendered to those Korean fried chicken and beef brisket bao buns. Too powerless to order anything else, I couldn’t resist returning. When the waitress whispered to me “the same as yesterday hey?”, I felt that rush of guilty pleasure all over again. Just like any other time I’ve had to deal with buns, I go raw, no knives, no forks or chopsticks, just my fingers that go to work. I bit my lips as I glanced seductively at those juicy, steamy, bao buns. A little tease to myself before I indulge in the pleasures of what Wagamama’s has to offer. I began by caressing the openings of the buns gently with my fingers, ever so slightly parting the openings, watching the juices flow out and drip onto my tongue. I sucked the life out of the buns, and whilst it was spicy and made me cry, they were tears of joy and pleasure. To finish, I had to close my eyes while the last of the bun glided down my throat slowly and into my stomach. It was a beautiful, profound and sacred experience. I’ll be sure to cherish the short moments I had with Waga’ Mama as it’ll paint memories that will last a lifetime.
Also, here’s a photo of me doing a backflip in front of the establishment. 10/10

Ordered a takeaway, took 1hr 30mins, the pork ramen was shocking, supposed to be udon noodles but wasn't, it had almost no liquid in it for a ramen. Pork was so overcooked it was like cardboard. Waiting 90 mins and paying £17 for noodles to then have to cook my own meal is shocking.
