  Worst customer service ever. I waited at customer service kiosk to get my purchase approval for 20 mins. When i tried to leave the queue to return the item back to the selves security stopped me doing so. This type of incident happened to me twice.

  Good food but I can’t remember the last time a waited so long for a breakfast. There was just me and one other guy being served and 40 minutes later I’m still waiting for it. I mean there’s slow and there’s slow.

  TESCO AMESBURY !! Really disappointed with this Tesco Amesbury . The shelves are constantly half empty, and the products you actually need are rarely in stock. The staff often seem to be standing around chatting or on their phones instead of restocking the shelves. I’ve been trying to buy Alpro Growing Up Milk for ages, and it never seems to make it onto the shelf. It feels like no one is paying attention to keeping the store properly stocked. This branch really needs to improve its customer service and stock management DON’T SHOP HERE COMPLETE WAST OF TIME AND EFFORT!

  I visited Tesco just before closing, with around 3 minutes left. As soon as I reached the entrance, a staff member said “No trolley.” I accepted that, but then she asked me what I was going to buy. I don’t understand why that was necessary—what I choose to buy is my personal business. I entered the store at around 15:57 and was out by 16:00, so I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time. Customers should be treated with respect, even if they arrive shortly before closing. This experience felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope Tesco improves how staff interact with customers.
