There were many workers and no customers, if so many people were working and there weren’t many customers, why was there no items on shelves if they’re out the back? I saw 3 separate members of staff stood around gossiping with what seemed to be their family members just loitering. I had to ask several times at self service for my items to be approved. They said “one second” so they could finish their conversation. I was the only one in the self service. Finish your chats after. Disgusting behaviour.
