  Fine dining meal not available got to the checkout and they charged us full price when we complained they kept us waiting and would not accept that there store had falsely labelled this meal. In the end we asked for our money back. Very poor service

  Easter Sunday and I needed to stock up on a few bits… assumed Castle street Tesco would be shut, checked on line and was surprised to find store showing as open on regular Sunday hours.. So, instead of going to the Wilton Road Tesco at the end of my road, changed plans and walked all the way into town to find it shut!! What would have been a 10 minute round trip walking to my local Tesco took over an hour. Checked all other supermarkets of similar size online and all showing they’re closed until tomorrow.. no problem, at least they know if their shop is open or closed… Tesco, please get your act together.. this has been a major inconvenience on a national holiday..
