  Scottish lady was rude and miserable my matcha latte i had big clumps of powder...she was negative and not helpful at all while I was trying to just order a kids menu with a latte

  Shocking service from a rude older lady not enough staff or drive waited far to long for food Younger lady working was really trying her best the over member of staff let her Down

  Arrived for some lunch around 12:15, understandable the staff weren’t taking food orders until the amount of orders had declined, myself and my 83 year old nan sat waiting, staff knowing we were waiting for them to be serving food, and around 40 mins later after I’d seen over 3/4 of other individuals had left the area, I asked to order food, and I was told that they were closing the kitchen entirely for the day, at 13:15pm? Whilst back at my seat I also noticed a pair of ladies who were asking about their order of which they had ordered over an hour ago, and had not been completed and wouldn’t even refund them. Absolutely terrible service not letting anyone know they were closing when knowing that there were individuals waiting for all sorts of items. Will not be returning to this branch, the area was not even half full on a random Thursday midday, wouldn’t like to think what it would be like on a weekend or other days when more customers are present. No apology or anything, not impressed

  5 people in the restaurant so very quiet... floors and tables we're dirty. I was there at 3.30pm and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days!
