  Arrived for some lunch around 12:15, understandable the staff weren’t taking food orders until the amount of orders had declined, myself and my 83 year old nan sat waiting, staff knowing we were waiting for them to be serving food, and around 40 mins later after I’d seen over 3/4 of other individuals had left the area, I asked to order food, and I was told that they were closing the kitchen entirely for the day, at 13:15pm? Whilst back at my seat I also noticed a pair of ladies who were asking about their order of which they had ordered over an hour ago, and had not been completed and wouldn’t even refund them. Absolutely terrible service not letting anyone know they were closing when knowing that there were individuals waiting for all sorts of items. Will not be returning to this branch, the area was not even half full on a random Thursday midday, wouldn’t like to think what it would be like on a weekend or other days when more customers are present. No apology or anything, not impressed

  Went to Tesco Amesbury cafe today 6th Feb at 1pm we were told that we couldn't have a coffee not even in a takeaway cup. This happens frequently when a Scottish woman is there. She likes to close the cafe at 2pm so everyone is refused service, today it was closed at 1pm. You are losing a lot of custom due to this woman.

  Online says it’s open until 5 pm Get there at 15:00 sorry not serving anyone anymore yeah mint 👎

  5 people in the restaurant so very quiet... floors and tables we're dirty. I was there at 3.30pm and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days!
