  Placed an order through Uber Eats and waited over 2 hours and never received it. I had to call the store 4-5 times before they finally answered….once someone answered I was told they didn’t have an order under my address but under a different address on my street! Without even trying to verify if a mistake has been made on their end I was pushed off the phone and told to contact Uber Eats instead. Which also didn’t turn out to be very helpful. I stayed up all night trying to contact someone about my missing order, lost money and time. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

  Not very impressed that there driver parked on my driveway to deliver to someone down the road which ment I couldn’t park on my drive and the driver just gave me a dirty look and left this is a awful attitude really disappointed

  Ordered a 13.5 inch. large pizza . Got a 11inch pizza. Was told this was a large pizza. Was told I was wrong and it was 13.5. Took pizza back. and was told that Dominoes policy to serve a 11 inch pizza when I ordered a 13.5 . Yeh I know. A couple of inches smaller don't make a lot of difference. I was refunded a week later. Messaged Domino head office. They said I would hear back from this guy's dominos franchise. I haven't heard anything back and won't hear . I'm sure there say they tried but they haven't. There make up excuses. Shame on this guys Salisbury Domino franchise, Dominos head office and Dominos ceo Nicola Frampton. she didn't care either . NO ONE CARES FROM DOMINOS DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

  Fourth time ordering with problems now, waiting on our food after its saying its been delivered... No one answers the phone and even when they do the staff jump through hoops not to help customers and to deflect the query or complaint. Worst service ive had from the chain. If food does ever turn up its normally after being chased and also and hour wait at least.
