- MAmagichef AndrewMay 19, 20261.0Appauling Taken my money from Just Eat but only delivered less than half of my goods The manager herself admitted that one bag had been left behind, so she put it back on the shelf. Rang lots of times, no answer. Laughed at in my face by her and another girl. Being abusive, abrupt and unprofessional. I am now £35 down of money and Items. So I've had to go to the bank for a refund under fraud as I have video evidence of my experience in store. As recorded for head office. A massive complaint has been raised with Head office and the two names of the staff, one being the store manager has been taken. Avoid at all costs! You won't get your items. They'll steal from you directly and refuse a refund! Head office are appalled by this! This is the 3rd time in 7 weeks that half of my items are missing. And going by other reviews. This isn't the first and definitely wont be the last. The manager needs to grow some respect, and stop being abusive and abrupt to her customers are per other reviews. She's a nasty piece of work, as is the other girl working today. Now head office are aware. And will be dealing with it in a disaplinary approached way!
