Really impressed with the service at Burger King Reading West. The food was good, but what really stood out was the staff and their attitude towards customers. Two of the ladies working there were especially friendly, welcoming and helpful. I believe one of them was called Monikka (apologies if I got the name wrong). They were both genuinely polite, cheerful and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. You could tell they really cared about providing good customer service rather than simply doing their job. It’s refreshing to come across staff who are so friendly, professional and positive. They deserve recognition for the way they treat customers and represent Burger King. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to these two lovely ladies, for the great service. I’ll definitely be happy to come back again! 👏😊
