  staff are rude and lazy as hell! You must not need a brain to get employed here, I rang up this morning at exactly 10:30am and asked if I can book a collection order for 11am Very rude lady on the phone answered “what…?!” So I repeated what I just said much slower and louder, “I would like to book a collection order for 11am, a sausage and bacon baguette” to which she replied back with quick as a flash “everything will be shut off at 11 so that can’t be done” Very confused I paused and said “this is why I’m ringing now?” (At half 10) She replied back with “umm, oh, yeah, okay, umm, I guess that’s fine…” What a rude, lazy individual. I MUST ADD When I collected my baguette at approx 7 minutes past 11, there was a gentlemen in the queue in front of me, who was able to order a breakfast baguette also?! That one staff member wants to find a new job or at least passion in her current one. Wish I got her name, but regardless I will be reporting this higher up. Also I rang last week at 3 minutes past 11am to book a collection order, when I said I would like a sausage and bacon baguette if possible I was cut off really rudely and told “breakfast stuff stops at 11” I said forget it then and hung up the phone - based on being in store before with the nice elderly bloke who told me the exact same thing approx 12pm this time, yet he still said, let me check if we have anything left over. To my surprise he come back with sausages, so I said yeah I’ll have a sausage baguette then many thanks! Great guy! Sadly can’t say the same about the other staff mainly the lady who answers the phone the majority of the time! Avoid! Go to the other Greggs in town, they’re much more helpful and much more friendly!

  Order a sausage and omelette baguette, with extra as bacon, I expect the 3 sausages Im paying for in the baguette, not an argumentative discussion on front of customers. With you pointing at pictures trying to make me look stupid, when oh look sausage and omelette 3 sausages. Old chap with the glasses needs to work on your customer skills or was it a bad day. I don’t expect to have to abruptly stop you going on after I’ve raised the issue, argued the issue, had it resolved but you can’t put it to bed. I may have sounded abrupt but you gave me little choice than to activate a low level Karen attack.
