  Ordered £50 worth of food after using a voucher, I had to go and find the driver after 10 minutes of him driving up and down the road, he was too distracted by a phone call to his family and hadn’t attempted to call me. Food was obviously cold and soggy. Complained and got nowhere, I won’t be spending money on overpriced, inconvenient pizza again.

  I live in a strange area called to make sure I expand my delivery instructions further than the characters given for the drivers sake when placed then when baking and had the phone put down on me twice! Amazing customer service that is…not. Ordered a double decadence half the bottom of that base was missing. Won’t be ordering dominoes again sadly where when I previously lived that was a go to for icba to cook take away. Sad that there is no consistency between branches. Dominos area mangers need to be checking stores more clearly
