- NHNicola HughesJul 12, 20261.0Our nearest store and pretty much the only option for convenience shopping in the centre of town, especially on evenings/ Sundays. Unfortunately it is consistently a mess. A random selection of badly organised stock, no self service and long queues, post office crammed in with everything else, fridges often empty. While the staff are all polite they don’t have capacity to manage down the queues. This place needs new management!

- DWDanny WadesonMay 5, 20261.0ridiculously understaffed. constant queues with just one person on the till and most infuriatingly, other staff clearly around stocking shelves but no coordination, so they never hop on the tills to help. Also complete luck of the draw as to whether the post office is actually open or the pm is on their break - never bother putting a sign up so you queue for 10 mins then get told to. old back in half an hour. it’s my local so this is not a one off. Held off on ranting for years but it’s getting worse.
