  Very grubby seating area. Toilets are way behind clean. Whole building needs a refurb.

  Fin sted men rengøring det var en svinesti både på toiletter og ved borde der var sat permanente sedler op med at rengørings personale var tilstede de kom først om formiddagen Der kunne strammes meget op

  Really poor experience. Items missing from order, cold chips. Half the drinks menu unavailable. Soft drinks we did get were flat. The staff all looked and behaved as if they would rather be anywhere else.

  Absolutely shocking experience. I went into the restaurant to order a single burger, and it turned into an unnecessarily stressful process. The ordering system and app are the most confusing I have ever used. Using loyalty points, redeeming offers, or simply placing an order is far more complicated than it should be. I’ve never seen a fast-food restaurant make buying one burger feel so difficult. It is completely unacceptable and needs to be redesigned. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and looked poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere was uninviting, and the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Burger King should focus on making the customer experience simple, clean, and enjoyable—not frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location unless significant improvements are made.
