  Jackie in cafe Terrible, stood there chatting and making personal calls whilst I waited 15 minutes for a coffee to be made to takeaway, no oat sticker on drink didn’t shout my name had to go up and ask! When I got home also realised she gave me the wrong cookies, less time on your phone and more on your job the you won’t do stuff wrong

  I was at the bakery recently- looking for a variety of pastries/baked goods and Ruth was so helpful and kind- definitely made it a really pleasant visit! She had dark grey curly hair and a lovely, welcoming and inviting personality. Thanks so much!

  We won't be returning to the cafe again, as the standards have gone downhill. For the past 3-4 meals we ordered, theres always something missing and the portion sizes are getting smaller yet the prices have increased. Returned a dish on one occasion that had a massive space where ingredients were missing, this was clear and evident yet was plonked in front of us and ignored....when i asked about it, they had run out if that ingredient...so had to rum for more....clearly they couldnt be bothered restocking and hoped i wouldnt say anything. They clearly still think the place is costa. Oh well....Wont be coming back.

  This is our go to. It is a great tesco. I love the new layout. Staff are always friendly. We always use scan as you shop which is easy and we never have a problem with. I should knock them down a star for running out of Jason's sourdough purple loaf so often. Get you bakery manager to make sure they are ordering enough it is clearly popular! But I love they have a whole Jason's exclusive section now and that the fruit loaf has stopped selling out so quickly. Nice little treat for every now and then. Parking is pretty easy, although sort out the lazy tossers that park in the parent and child spaces, see so many parking and going straight in. A few of them could do with parking a bit further away and getting some more steps in anyway! 🫣 Parking can sometimes be busy when nearby schools let out as people park on here and sometimes people park to go to town town. Also why is the petrol station open and shut so sporadically? I used to always get my fuel from here but because I can't trust it being open I don't bother anymore.

  I don’t shop here anymore even though it’s close to my home. I find the staff to be arrogant. Waiting in line today to return some clothing I purchased on Friday as it was the only place open. The customer service staff could see there was a queue but continued a prolonged conversation with the customer in front. I then went to top up my tyre pressure at the garage. Couldn’t as the card machine was faulty. Spoke to the staff inside and they couldn’t be less interested
