  Ordered on just eat and order confirmed. Had message to say driver picking up delivery. 20 min later the order was cancelled with no explanation. Not good. If they couldn't do the order shouldn't have accepted it.

  A single meal order took 25 minutes to get ready. Under staffing leads to the quality of food being lower. Won’t be back here again

  I’m actually kinda astounded to be writing this. We ordered from Uber Eats as you do… food turns up lukewarm as expected. I opened the chips up and tipped them onto the plate, I immediately said they looked like generic takeaway chips. You can tell just by looking at them. I tasted one and I was actually right - they are literally the exact same cheap chips you can get from any kebab shop/takeaway. I’ve searched online and can’t find any mention of them changing the chips or someone having a similar story. My theory is that it’s a franchise (hence why it’s not been updated for 20 years) They’ve not had a delivery, or run out of chips and popped to ASDA next door, or a wholesalers, for a big bag of frozen. I actually can’t believe the cheek of it, given the prices they charge. What on earth is going on at this store? UPDATE: Uber refunded us in full. Still never going here EVER again.
