  Iv just been to the drive through and Caitlin was Amazing and very happy to help. The food was spot on. Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Burger King. I tried to use the 20% Teachers Discount from the Discounts for Teachers app exactly as instructed by showing my Digital ID at the counter, but the staff said they had never used it before and told me to use the app myself. In the end, the discount could not be applied at all. Also, Google says the restaurant closes at 10:30pm, but before 9:30pm staff were already cleaning and preparing to close. I understand staff want to finish work earlier, but this felt too early and gave the impression the restaurant was already closed. Overall, very frustrating experience and poor staff awareness of promotions.
