I am an 84 year old woman not sure what to do everyone was very helpful especially your staff. Nicole and Peter especially they helped me phone my son and RAC and stayed with me till my son came. I can’t thank all of your lovely staff enough I do shop at atherton regularly and the staff are brilliant helpful and friendly. Please thank them for me I do so appreciate what they do for me. - CFChris FureyFeb 21, 20262.0Don't like the new trolley system of having to use a pound coin. Poor old lady next to me didn't have one. I think if they felt the need to do this, they should also have some baskets with wheels (like Asda), for people who don't carry cash. For some bizarre reason today half the frozen food cabinets were unlit, I had to ask for help finding something because of the poor lighting. The checkout experience was also poor, only 2 checkouts open so quite lengthy queues. Al least me and the couple in front of me let an old bloke with just a loaf go in front. All told a very disappointing visit. Keep this up Tesco's and I'll just go to Asda instead, which is a lot closer and a bit cheaper
