  No human contact at all :( Super clean everywhere but not a smile to be seen, just a number shouted out from a hatch. Hate the amount of screens everywhere, ordering screens, games for kids. McDonalds you are appauling, bring back humans please!

  Pates get smaller every year, quality is also not as good and the so called Coke sugar syrup.

  I used the drive through facilities here with my little sister. As I always do. I’m only 22 and not rude by any means. I ordered 2 meals, one was a plain cheeseburger meal with no cheese, I was given the order by a girl/woman named breagha (not 100% on the spelling) and my sister opened her burger up to see there was cheese on it. So I said to the woman that there was cheese on the burger and we asked for no cheese. Immediately she was extremely rude with me and cheekily asked to see the receipt and raised her voice. I gave her the receipt and she cheekily said that the receipt said cheese on it so we asked for cheese so she wouldn’t get us a burger with no cheese. I said that I for a fact did ask for the burger to have no cheese on it, and my sister could back that up. But she was being so rude and cheeky with both us and was adamant we asked for a burger with cheese. So I asked to see the manager. Whoever this girl is should not be working customer service when she’s so rude and cheeky and out-right mean. Honestly never have an issue with McDonald’s or their staff before and I’ve been using this McDonald’s my whole life.

  Went in today at 1430 hours Sunday 3rd May 2026 and there is no facility on their order machine to add "no salt" it used to be there before they shut for renovation and now there is none. Not only did the food have salt it was saturated in it after me asking a woman who was serving that order number 35 was to have no salt. If I had a nut allergy I would be dead by now going by their service this is totally unacceptable and I will be making an official complaint to West Dunbartonshire Council's enviromental health section. If you have any allergies, especially the kind that can make you seriously ill or worse then STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONSTERS. Chips were soggy and cold and burger was TINY despite being called "A BIG TASTY" it's just a total rip off all other food shops in Dumbarton will sell you a FEAST for the same money £18. DISGRACEFUL>
