Before I go any further, I want to make it clear that this does NOT refer to the young lady the did the delivery. We were visiting Dumbarton, and decided to order food through the Domino’s app, (simple you would think!). The app stated that delivery would be 25 mins, sounded good. After waiting an hour and ten minutes, the app said ‘delivered, enjoy your food’. You guessed it, no food arrived as yet. Now, I live in the real world and know that sometimes things don’t go as planned and this can lead to delays, it can happen. I decided to call and make sure that the oven hadn’t caught fire or some other emergency (these things happen, I may have been able to assist 🙄). The guy who answered the phone, well what can I say. To be that level of rude and ignorant must take some serious practice. Having been faced with me asking where the ordered food was, his response was ‘we are very busy tonight, we have had more than a hundred orders come in. Your food will be there in 5, 10, 15 minutes but if you have any issue you can just cancel’. WOW! And the first prize for service goes to……… A few minutes later, the food arrived, see picture 🤣. I appreciate that this is not normal Domino’s service strategy, but you do have responsibility to check who is representing you in your franchises. Such a shame.

Pizza was fine but nothing special. Didn’t really like it, Italian range is nothing like Italian pizza unfortunately

Got the order wrong, called and wasn't especially the best service I've ever received. Delivery guy was nice.
