I stopped here occasionally to eat, but the place left a bitter taste in my mouth. Even though there were almost no customers, the tables were covered in wrappers, empty glasses, crumbs, spilled juice, sticky sauces, in short, an indescribable mess. I thought maybe the customers were careless, but no… The trash can was already full. The leftovers, wrappers, glasses were already stacked on that piece of furniture where its lid used to be. And one of the employees, what did you see..? She was sitting at a table and was immersed in her personal phone. Shame on you! I will never come back here!

Very poor Subway. Hardly any salad choice, no cold drinks in fridge and service very poor. Bread not completely cooked. Really gone downhill.

Server put jalepenos on my sandwich after repeat saying ‘no jalepenos’ and I had to ask her to remove them as she ignored me. Blunt and rude service. Rubbish on all tables and no customer waiting, tables were not clean and disgusting bits of food under tables

No understanding by the rep of what i was asking. About three times i had to repeat myself on a very stressful day for me. I wish i can rem the exact day. All other reps were alright. I remember when i worked in retail ifffffffff it ever happened that i didn't understand a cuztomer, i would say "sorry ma'am / sir would you please repeat for me what you said as due to the noise i could not hear"
Not this in a condescending stern tone towards the customer as i got:
"sorry?????!!!!"
So i just didn't buy. Am Sorry. I may retry sum time. As the ambience in the Clyde shopping centre is good n the seating is readily available

I have been going to this subway for years now and since the “new staff” took over it’s a complete disgrace what they have done. The bread is stale the food quality definitely doesn’t look right and the prices are through the roof almost £9 for 6” sub with small drink plus the staff aren’t any help they all look at you stupid and also they close at 6pm online but will tell you at 5pm they are shut when you get there
