  Ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin on the way to work. Took nearly 20mins to be ready and it’s still missing part of the order and I had to go back. Was late for work because of this. Staff can’t be any less bothered. Quality of food is terrible! It was stale and cold by the time us was given to me. The edge of the muffin was so hard u couldn’t chew thru it. The Sprite lost all the bubbles and ice all melted waiting for the rest of the order to be ready. Definitely the worst McDonald’s breakfast experience I’ve had and I used to work in 2 McDonald’s. Trust me it’s really not that hard to get it right. Staff needs more training to understand that they have to prepare the orders in time order! Not in scale of easiness! Order number 42 was ready before order number 38! Just do them one by one will have been a lot easier on everyone!

  Stopped off for a quick dinner. Big Mac meal and mcflurry. Food hot and arrived fairly quickly.

  Place is clean and quiet. Went there for breakfast at 8:30am. Food is terrible. Sausage is burnt. That’s very carcinogenic. They don’t seem to clean the frying pan. The pic I took was after we clean up all the black burnt stuff. Pancake is hard as you can see in my clip. It’s like being reheated too many times. Such food should not be served at all. We ended up throwing all the food (except the hash brown which was decent). McDonald should look into the breakfast food quality and do an audit. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I am giving.

  Service was absolutely horrific. Very rude. Two young ladies before me ordered takeaway and had a tray slammed on the counter and their number shouted. They waited around 5 mins before they got a member of staff to get a takeaway bag. My order was ready to collect stood about 10 mins waiting to get it. Even then was great and missing food from order. Couldn't get out fast enough the young group of lads sat eating were shouting and swearing at each other.

  All food was so cold & inedible. Barely any mayo or lettuce on the McChicken sandwich & looked flung together. Chips extremely undercooked with a funny taste - didn’t eat them. Burger had a bit hanging off it as if someone had jammed it in a door. Staff at final drive through window not friendly. Meal was not fully eaten. No straw or napkins given. Had to ask for sauce - no one offered anything to us. Worst McDonald’s meal I have had. Came to the same McDonald’s last month, my child got a chicken nugget happy meal - only 3 nuggets in it. Barely any chips. Drinks hardly filled up. This McDonald’s is always the same. Food not as advertised.
