- BBBRIDOAug 4, 20261.0In the afternoon, I came in with the family and got a few meals. To start off with one of the meals was wrong and missing an item and a receipt was demanded from us as proof even though receipts were not even printing from the EPOS kiosks. Then as my mother was eating a Big Mac she noticed a long strand of hair. She had complained to a member of cleaning staff on shop floor ‘Jenny’ I believe. Who was very rude and instead of helping us, questioned why he hadn’t reported it earlier, despite us only just noticing this long strand of hair. She then said she doesn’t deal with it dismissed our issue saying rudely “what do you want me to do about it”. The main manager was nice enough to apologise and replace the food. Very rude from shop floor. Poor performance from this McDonalds.
