  The big fella who works here is rude and doesn’t care at all about helping customers - I had to track down a different staff member who could actually be bothered to help me with my problem. If you need help and the big guy is about, save your breath!

  Very rude member of staff in the store today told his colleague, who was trying to help customers to “tell them to just get out” as there was a deliver. I told him he was out of order, we are paying customers to which he replied “was I talking to you was I” This was witnessed by his colleague and the driver. Really disappointed to be spoken about like that then to be talked to like that when I approached the staff member. If you don’t want peoples business that’s fine.

  Use this store almost daily and most of the staff are helpful and really friendly. Recently though one of their members of staff is so rude every time i visit, and i've heard similar experiences from other members of the community. He tuts and rolls his eyes obviously when you are browsing and he's restocking near you, he ignores you and continues to talk to his colleague when you ask for someone if they can help on the tills. He also argues with customers over trivial things. It's a shame as it puts me off going in, just relieved most of the staff are great. He clearly needs training or rethinking working with the public!

  Passed on a message from another customer that they were waiting to pay, which was done in a kind and non threatening way, employee then asked if he had a problem with his voice in a sarcastic way. When i challenged them they walked off with no regard for how they were acting. Another employee then didn’t want to get involved when I asked how to make a complaint, proceeded to tell me to calm down repeatedly, which i was, when i challenged them and asked them not to tell me what to do they verbally attacked me, saying not to them what to do, such a hypocrite. Then the manager got involved and instead of asking what had happened, was in a threatening posture, warned me not to talk to their staff in that way, when they never knew how i had been speaking. Proceeded to BAN me, somehow, when i tried to explain what had happened. If you want to go in a shop and be treated badly and in a threatening way then this is the place for you! This store is really in need of a customer service course.
