Room had no curtains just blinds which let through a lot of light, not good for sleep. Breakfast was terrible, no staff on breakfast, food was all finished when we came down for breakfast. Owners did not care!!! Pictures/video shows state of breakfast table and room in which it was served, appalling is the only description I can use!! Avoid at all cost!!!

This is a delightful local pub which is just exceptional, not only for food but I come here with a friend often as it’s local to him and Ben and Ant , in fact all the staff are wonderful and friendly . It makes it all so more special as my friend is hard of hearing and all the staff go the extra mile to communicate with him and make him feel comfortable. Great service, delicious food and exceptional staff .

Bad service blamed on till. Just make sure if you want the lunch deal dont let the barboy charge for the beer before ordering the food otherwise you pay the separate prices, about £5 different! Your response is not what happened, i was asked to pay for beer even after i had asked to see the menu for food. The bar staff did not explain the order process so it was not my fault and i feel insulted that you have suggested this and it is a lie that the barboy told me about separate payments until after he made me pay for the beer. I wont be back even though i have been a number of times in the past and will discourage others to visit.

This place was the most affordable place out of our ridgeway accommodations but had the most lovely staff!! They have homemade cookies in the room, lovely tea, nice cooled down water and milk in a fridge (communal) which was great! The cold tap kept having warm water so I dont think it is the best to drink it but the cold fridge water helped to refil water bottles. The food was amazing!! And two main for £22 was incredible!! The staff were lovely and although the walls were quite thin we had a good night sleep. Highly recommend it :)
