    We had a terrible experience at Burger King in Newbury. Staff was unbelievably rude, arrogant, unwilling and made us feel the entire time like we were bothering them. They have absolutely nonexistent customer service skills and need a serious training on this. The food was so so and so called diet coke was not drinkable. When I informed the worker about the horrendous taste, she just gave me a very arrogant attitude and said "I can give you a new one but it will taste exactly the same." .. that was it

    Told me to go to the window after waiting at the voice box to order. Then got upset and confused when I explained it, slow service. Food was ok.
