Disappointed I had a McDonald's as the staff closed early and the web site states 11pm close!! Won't be using this place again

Food was great and hospitality was excellent. Turn around time for order was very fast. Rashmi was very kind and helpful for suggesting our order.

We stopped here after a very long day travelling and it said it was open until 11pm. The machine offered table service and we took a plastic number piece for our table - we waited ages for our order and we witnessed a very officious woman telling a couple with their toddler off for taking some chairs down from a table that she’d just wiped. She said they were closing, which we thought strange at the time as we believed it closed at 11 as per the internet content for this branch. We were then the only ones in the restaurant - thinking we had table service and she barked our order number across the room at us, and more or less told us to leave, we had to even ask why because she didn’t bother to communicate to us in anything close to a pleasant manner that the branch was closing. So rude. Quite the rudest person I’ve been served by as a paying customer, in a very long while actually, think she needs some customer service training as she has no interpersonal skills whatsoever, and they need somebody to tell them how to update their opening hours on the internet.

Very unfriendly obnoxious staff, locked the door with customers in there. Told “it’s not table service” but we hadn’t ordered it to table and they were calling someone else’s order not ours. Staff staring daggers at us. No thank yous. Extremely rude and no customer service at all. Staff need retraining or different jobs.
