  Two evenings now, sorry forgotten the dates, but the guys and dolls will know who they are. I am disabled and was in a lot of pain, so after doing my shopping, without being asked, when I got to the check out, a boy and a girl assistant, took my shopping, put it through the till, packed it into bags. The guy then took it out to my car and put it away for me. Both times we had a funny bit of banter which makes shopping here fun and a pleasure. I do not need to worry that I won't be able to manage. The shop maybe small, but is well stocked and all neat and tidy, with a good range of merchandise, especially the chocolate cheesecake !!! Thanks so much, for making life a little easier and thanks to your late night staff, who always have a smile and a helping hand. Kind regards Marilyn Frankland.

  I have used this Tesco store twice since it opened and both times I have had to find a member of staff to open a till so I can pay for my goods. Added to the fact it is more expensive and has less choice than other local shops, it's safe to say that I'll only be using this store in emergencies. That is especially true since the other shops have friendly staff who will say hello and speak to their customers, rather than ignore them and get annoyed when the customers ask them to do their job. At this rate, I give this store 6 months maximum before it shuts down (which I won't be sad about, frankly).
