  Great place for a quick bit to eat with the family if you have young kids and been to Warwick Castle of staying at the Holiday Inn Express. We were doing both and the indoor and outdoor soft play was loved by the kids and friendly staff.

  One meal which was cheeseburger happy meal, asked for no onion or sauce on burger, burger that came had no cheese and had onions on, yes a cheeseburger with no cheese, I took it up to counter she took it away and give me the same burger back with a piece of cheese on unmelted, it had been a long day so I just asked my child to eat it and didn't bother letting them know this was un acceptable, also gave a medium drink with a large big Mac meal.

  Avoid like the plague. First of all management is slow and lacks perspective. They've stopped being open 24/7 for a long time but only just updated their Google maps listing, nevermind the massive sign by the door proudly advertising 24h service. Secondly, if you ever ask for any extras they purposely avoid adding those to the product, or sometimes, if you're lucky, they're that pissed off that will bathe your burger in 100g of ketchup, GG Finally, if you takeaway, for the love of God check your bags for all the items, and if you order delivery, prepare to be asked to drive down to the branch for a refund for the missing items. Cause there's a high chance to have something missing.

  Probably the best McDonald's I've had in the UK. Double quarter pounder was hot, juicy and had a great crust. Nuggets, chicken selects and chips were all hot and crispy. Order prepared quickly and overall about as good a McDonald's experience as you can get.

  Was excited to visit, but it was the filthiest McDonald’s we’ve been to. Flies everywhere inside and out, sticky tables, chairs, ordering screens, floors. Ketchup, tissues and old food scattered across the play areas. Staff cleaning didn’t seem to be doing anything. Bins overflowing. Hope we don’t get food poisoning. Also there’s no signal and we couldn’t get the WiFi working, so couldn’t use our app offers
