- STSimon Thomas6 days ago5.0Well what can I say. We went to Subway this evening with our foster child. We sat with him doing his sticker book. The girl who served us could not have been more friendly and welcoming! A massive asset to your company. The food was delicious and she took great care doing this for us. Her customer service skills were amazing. We were there about 16.30-17.15 ish. We all just wanted to give a massive shout out to you( sorry we don’t know your name) anyone would be lucky to have you serve them!!! Thank you again.

All you could hear was one of the girls behind the counter swearing and talking as though she is with her mates in the pub. Not very good for a services as I was in there with my child hense writing this review. Some of the staff could do with training on how to conduct their self in a service environment. Appalling
