  I find the staff polite,happy and very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable, nothings too much trouble if I require any assistance when I do my weekly shop at your Stratford upon Avon superstore on the maybird center. I'm very happy to shop at this store.

  I usually like Tesco but this one is so irritating. It's so hard to find things; the layout doesn't make any sense, it was infuriating. For example, I couldn't find foil and cling film, after a few laps round the shop, I eventually found it at the END of an isle of CAT LITTER and WASHING CONDITIONER! This is one example of many where products are in a place that is confusing and time wasting. Even the staff agreed the layout is weird. I feel like I've got to know them now because so many times I had to ask where things are after lapping the store for just a single item on my list. Not even the staff know where anything is anymore, one said "I don't know, they moved things and haven't told me." It's complete chaos in this place, normally the vagueness of the overhead signs is okay, but because little things are in such strange places, you can tell your wife with a facetime that you're still in this upside-down Tesco, who at this point is probably suspicious that you're doing something naughty.
