lady asked what’s wrong with me at the desk she was wearing a black and white bandana and extremely rude. not how you speak to customers. we asked her name and she said she didn’t know how to spell it. absolutely appalling will NOT be returning. this needs to be looking into seriously. or i will report it to HR.
