Very disappointing service. Our delivery today was missing an entire cheeseburger meal. The manager refused to arrange another driver to deliver it, so I had to travel to the store myself, wasting my time and incurring extra travel costs despite already paying for delivery. The manager repeatedly called it a “free meal”. Please use the correct terminology: this was the missing meal I had already paid for. Providing it was correcting your mistake, not doing me a favour. Who covers the time and cost of my extra journey? Customers deserve an apology and proper accountability, rather than having a replacement presented as a free gift. Very poor handling of the complaint.

Parking ticket for staying 1hr 14 mins. Had deserts, flurry. They expect you to rush your food and dessert to finish before hour is up. What sort of restaurant treats it's customers like this, only McDonald's

Saw our burgers sitting on a 2 tier trolley with cleaning products on the lower tier of the same trolley. The burgers were there for 6 minutes. The chips were then added tier the order and stood for 2 mins. No heat light to keep things warm. There were orders treated in the same way. Not good practice. Burgers just warm and chips could have been hotter. Shame cuz the staff were so friendly and the place is nice and clean.

Clean and bright.. pop upstairs with your food. It is so bright 🌞 up there. Loos are immaculate. Excellent carpark with ev charging. Food is typical macdonalds. Tasty and filling. Be very careful if u park here, if u exceed the 60 minutes A FINE WILL BE ISSUED. AS WE HAVE JUST RECEIVED ONE IN THE POST 3 WEEKS AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW. 😱😱😱. HORRIFIED. did not realise 60 minutes max. 😳. We charged the car and thought we had all the time in the world to do that. Also the ev charges are expensive. It is a good macdonalds. But we won't ever go back. Dissapointed 🤨😕😭 💸 Worlds most expensive 😪 burger 🍔. 😂😶‍🌫️

My sister and I went in for lunch. The food was good but could have been hotter. We sat upstairs. The girl working was doing her absolute best. There was about 20 teenagers who were completely out of control. Swearing, wrestling and shouting. It was very uncomfortable to be around. The staff upstairs was doing their best but really this restaurant needs security. There was lots of other paying customers who were uncomfortable too.
