My food came piping hot and it didn’t take long for it to be sent out for delivery. My driver, Rehan, was very sweet and polite!

Didn't receive order confirmation and it said my order hadn't gone through twice, tried a third time which worked. Found out it had gone through the other two times it said it hadn't. Only got one lot of food. Was promised a refund. Haven't received one 2 weeks later and have tried to get in contact with dominoes several times. On the phone was spoken to by a very rude lady and have received no help in trying to resolve this issue which is ashame because I love the food from dominoes and want to be able to eat there but wont until this issue is resolved

I ordered my pizza and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I went back to the counter to ask where it was. The cashier then asked another colleague, who informed me they had made a mistake and had sent my pizza out for delivery instead. There was no apology or effort to keep me updated. The staff seemed more interested in passing the time than providing good customer service. Very disappointing experience.
