  I ordered my pizza and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I went back to the counter to ask where it was. The cashier then asked another colleague, who informed me they had made a mistake and had sent my pizza out for delivery instead. There was no apology or effort to keep me updated. The staff seemed more interested in passing the time than providing good customer service. Very disappointing experience.

  I couldn’t find the feedback email, I had got pizza delivered from a driver named Shiva today, lovely gentleman, was very friendly and delivered our pizzas on time! Excellent customer service ☺️

  The individual who delivered my food (Imran) was extremely polite and helpful. Great service. Great food!

  I have order many time from this store. Pizza is excellent.. service as well I would like to mention Shiva, delivery driver, kind and humbel . Thank you guyssss

  Have ordered multiple times and had food delivered......the food is usually good, has been overcooked a couple of times.......my main gripe is the order is never correct, there is missing items or the wrong item......this happens literally every time I order.......the last order was wrong again and one of the pizzas was squashed to the point of it being inedible......usually order for the family and we never get to eat together as we have to wait for replacement items.......Will never use dominoes again
