- NMNeil Macmillan1 day ago1.0Nobody attending to the self-serve checkouts. I ended up packing my shopping back into the basket and queueing for over 10 minutes. During this time, NOBODY attended to the self-service checkout that I had tried to use. So, the COOP invests in automation to lose sales and customer goodwill. The idea that the COOP is owned by its customers is a myth. NO customer would tolerate such poor customer service.
- SASTEPHEN ASHLEYJul 6, 20231.0Don’t bother going unless you’ve got all day to queue up at the tills. Don’t think I’ve ever been in without there being a queue of around 20 people waiting to get served by one person on the tills.
