Timings were off when it came to the food also, we'd asked for toasted and they were left out afterwards so it was stone cold when it was handed to us. They also have no clue when it comes to allergies which made me rather nervous.

- MWMatt WatsonFeb 25, 20261.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be mentioned as it’s been a consistent issue. I’ve visited this Subway four times over the past couple of weeks and each time the sandwiches have been prepared incorrectly. Instead of placing the fillings along one side of the bread and folding it over, everything is piled directly into the centre fold. The result is that the sandwich stays open rather than closing properly, which makes it difficult to handle and eat without everything falling out. On top of this, an excessive amount of lettuce is added, which just exaggerates the problem. Even if the fillings were placed correctly, there would be no way to fold it shut. As it is, it becomes a heap of ingredients sitting in the middle of the bread rather than a layered sandwich. The sauce is then poured over the top of the lettuce, and when it is wrapped, it gets pressed straight into the paper. When you open it, the sauce has transferred to the wrapper rather than staying in the sandwich, making the whole thing messy and awkward to eat. I wouldn’t normally comment on a one-off mistake, but as this has happened on every visit, it seems like a training issue rather than bad luck. Hopefully this can be addressed, as the quality here is currently far below what I would expect from Subway.
