  Called up to ask about allergies and allergens in the kitchen. The person answering seemingly didn't understand the concept of allergies which is highly concerning for the person answering the phones and processing orders to not understand

  What a pizza! Tried the new sourdough salami and nduja today and honestly the game has been changed- nobody in Leamington can compete! Will be ordering a lot of these over the next month 10/10

  I went into Papa John's in the evening to order a pizza and was stood at the counter, yet despite there being a staff member in front of me, I was told I had to download the Papa John's app to order and they couldn't take my order verbally. Why would you even have a counter with a person standing at it if you cannot order at said counter? Meanwhile, if you go to Dominos Pizza, you can walk up to the counter, look at the menu, and order using the common form of communication known as conversing with another human, that literally every other establishment with a counter and staff uses. Fix your weird policy Papa John's. Your pizza is good, your customer service is not.

  I came into the store to order a pizza for collection that is displayed online. This was on the 8th April at 22:30. I asked to order and I was met with a really dismissive woman behind the counter who told me to download an app. I said I had cash and that I wasn’t to order a pizza but was told I must download an app. Despite the fact that I was there in person and they were behind the counter and I was just trying to order a pizza. She walked off and said she can’t order the pizza without me doing the app. I don’t really understand why you’re hiring staff who can’t take an order in person. I went down the road to Viallis where the entire staff said hello and took my order for a pizza and I paid with my cash. They actually gave me 2 for the price of one. Never ordering pizza with papa johns again. Totally useless vapid staff devoid of any ability to actually take an order from someone without an app. Utterly worthless garbage, get rid of the crap establishment and just whack a Greggs there, or anywhere where the cashier can actually do the job that’s the first line of her description. Sack her.
